Over the years, it exports its know-how to all other sectors, capitalizing its experiences through a matrix organizational structure characterized by Project Managers verticalized by business area. This, according to the management, allows to customize the solutions around needs that differ according to the reference context, always ensuring quality and competence to its customers. The care placed by the management in the optimization of business processes has allowed to receive during 2017 an international certification (CSIA) from one of the most prestigious associations of Sistem Integrator in the world.

At the same time, the change in the purchasing determinants of customers has led the technical management to promote updating activities by constantly investing in training and studies at the main technological suppliers leading, through R&D projects and partnerships with the major automation players in the world, Automate to raise its offer towards more sophisticated topics. In this direction, the exploitation of large volumes of "non-IT" data generated by machines and plants supervised by our solutions, has been the strategic priority in the evolutionary process of Automate. In this regard, in 2018 it participates in the set up of Bridger srl, an innovative start-up focused on the development of Manufacturing Execution System (MES). To date, it counts among its ranks a team of seven experts involved in projects with important industrial realities.

This search for data-driven services has led in the last two years the company to integrate staff with experts in data science able, through the use of algorithms, mathematical models and artificial intelligence methods, to develop analytical solutions for the markets served by Automate.

The goal is to accompany customers in informed decision-making paths through descriptive assessments of current states or the simulation of optimized scenarios capable of providing timely predictive and prescriptive information.
